The International Journal of Business and Management (IJBM) (eISSN: 2815-9330) allows author(s) to retain copyright without restrictions.

Publishing Terms

Publication is based on the following terms of the publishing agreement:

  • Copyright of the article remains with the author(s).
  • The author(s) grant the publisher, the International Emerging Scholars Society (IESS), a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, and archive the article in any format or medium, and to identify itself as the original publisher.
  • The author(s) assure the publisher that the material contained in the manuscript is original and does not infringe any copyright, is not defamatory, unlawful, obscene, invasive of another person's privacy, hateful, abusive, threatening, harmful, or otherwise objectionable, and agree to indemnify the publisher against any claims arising from such issues.
  • The author(s) confirm that the manuscript is based entirely on original work. Where copyrighted material is used beyond fair use, the author(s) are responsible for obtaining permission and providing documentation.
