Editorial Independence
The International Journal of Business and Management (IJBM), ISSN Online 2815-9330, maintains full editorial independence from its publisher, the International Emerging Scholar Society New Zealand. All editorial decisions, including manuscript evaluation, peer review, acceptance, and rejection, are made solely by the Editor-in-Chief(s) and the Editorial Board based on academic merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.

The publisher provides administrative and production support only and does not influence editorial decisions. This separation ensures transparency, academic integrity, and adherence to internationally recognised ethical publishing standards.
